Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective,damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Any item that has been washed,worn,or used before the damage or defect occurred is generally not returmable and must be reviewed further by our team before replacing the item.
Any regularly priced item is eligible for return, provided the return request is submitted within 30 days of the order date. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received: clean, unworn, and unused, with no signs of damage, pet hair, or any other markings, and must include all original tags and packaging, along with the accompanying hanger. Please keep this in mind when trying the item on your pet. Return requests may be submitted through the Returns Portal. If you are unable to access the Portal, please contact us directly and provide the reason for your request. If your return request is approved, we will issue one (1) prepaid return shipping label; a $15.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
